Should You Use POP3 or IMAP?
POP works by downloading your emails from our mail server directly to your device, and then marking them for deletion on the server. This means you can only read those email messages in the email client on that device. You will may be able to access any previously downloaded emails from any other device, or with any other email client, or through webmail. Settings can be changed to save mail on the server, but email will not be 'synced' if you are checking email from multiple devices.
IMAP allows you to access your emails from any client, and any device, and webmail login at any time, until you delete them. You are always seeing the same emails, no matter how or where you check your email. Since your email is stored on the provider's server and not locally, you may run into email storage limits, when using IMAP.
Changing Your Password
Login to the webmail (link below). Look at the top right for your email address and a drop down. Click on the ‘Password & Security’ option. Once on that page, enter your new password and click Save. Make sure you update any devices or other email programs with this new password or you may be blocked due to bad logins.

There are two ways to connect to our mail server. Secured and unsecured. You can use the default settings and it will connect unsecured. To connect with the secured method, which we recommend, you will need to change the SSL and port options to match those below. We have included screen shots below for iPhone and Microsoft Outlook.
